… a personal note from Victoria

“I have a keen interest in improving people’s physical wellbeing through movement, exercise and appropriate advice.  I practice a patient-centred approach to physiotherapy and use SMART goals to achieve these thereafter, thus enabling patients to take control of their health and well-being in future.

In my free time I’m a keen runner, recently completing Edinburgh marathon and Belfast –half marathon and a weekend hill –walker. Anything with a challenge-sign me up!”
