I trained as a yoga teacher in one of the 20 best yoga schools in India in the Classic Hatha Yoga tradition. I started doing yoga due to being depressed: it did not only help me to overcome it but yoga has changed my life for good. I’ve been teaching yoga for over 7 years My classes focus on alignment and breathing in aim to get as much as possible out of the practice as well as strengthen and release tension.
