Jenna Montgomery

Jenna graduated from Ulster University with an Honors degree in Physiotherapy, enabling her to become a fully qualified HCPC registered, Chartered Physiotherapist which ensures she adheres to a strict code of practice and ethics.

Jenna initially obtained valuable experience working as a home carer for a spinal cord injury patient. In Physiotherapy, she has gained experience in areas of musculoskeletal, trauma and orthopaedics and community respiratory. Jenna has completed her Pilates Level 1 course with APPI Pilates. She plans to continue to complete a further Pilates course as well as acupuncture and learning the ‘Be Activated’ system.
Jenna became interested in physiotherapy from a young age while attending appointments with her parents. This led to her wanting to pursue a career to help others.

… a personal note from Jenna

I have a passion for patient care and helping people feel the best they can. This comes from patient centred care and having clients at the forefront of their own progression and setting their own goals. I love seeing clients progress and return to doing the things they love in life. I always aim to educate my clients on their own recovery and help them be able to manage themselves independently as they progress.
In my spare time I enjoy walking, going to the gym and climbing.
