I first started practicing yoga more than twenty years ago, in a cold and snowy Ottawa. I wandered into a hot yoga class and came out an hour later utterly changed. I loved the flow of yoga, the freedom and challenge of the poses, the connection between breath and movement, the juxtaposition between energy and relaxation. I have been a student of many types of yoga ever since, and I eventually decided to do my teacher training with the YTTC in Dublin. I studied traditional Hatha yoga but have since expanded my interests to include restorative yoga, post natal yoga, yin yoga and vinyasa flow yoga. Yoga is ever-evolving, ever-changing, and as such my classes are always new, fun, challenging, and ultimately extremely rewarding.
